The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Commission meets regularly on the second Tuesday of every other month. Meetings are held in the Administration Building of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, located at 32386 Lankford Highway, Cape Charles, VA, unless otherwise noted.
The January Commission Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
Nominating Committee Meeting
Please take notice that the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel Nominating Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., at 1 Clubhouse Way, Cape Charles, VA 23310.
Members of the public may either attend the meeting at the central meeting location, 1 Clubhouse Way, Cape Charles, VA 23310, or call in to listen live at 757-331-2960.
Any member of the public is invited to participate in this meeting of the Nominating Committee as follows:

• In order to speak by telephone, please sign up no later than December 31, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., by doing the following:
o Call 757-331-2960;
o Ask for the Executive Director’s Office to leave name, spelling of name and telephone number;
o Each participant will be called to join the meeting to speak;
o District staff will call the speaker during the meeting and they will be allowed 3 minutes to speak.
After the telephonic speakers are finished, emailed public comments will be read by District staff.
