CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE AND TUNNEL DISTRICT BRIDGE FLOATER - BROKER SERVICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #F-07-002 |
The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel District (CBBTD) is requesting competitive negotiable proposals for insurance broker services for bridge floater and loss of revenue insurance. Sealed proposals for Bridge- Floater - Insurance Broker Services (RFP #F-07-002) will be received by the CBBTD's Finance Division until Monday, December 17, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. and will then be publicly opened and read in the office of Mr. Thomas R. Anderson III, Director of Finance, Administration Building, 32386 Lankford Highway, North Toll Plaza Area (Wise Point Area, Northampton County), Cape Charles, Virginia 23310. The proposed work consists of providing broker services related to the District's Bridge Floater and Loss of Revenue Coverage placement. The current coverage expires on March 31, 2008. The District intends to select two or more brokers and then assign specific insurance markets to the selected brokers. The District is neither authorizing nor assigning any markets to any broker until completion of this selection of broker services process.
