CHESAPEAKE BAY BRIDGE AND TUNNEL DISTRICT ACTUARIAL SERVICES FOR OPEB BENEFITS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #F-07-003 |
The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel District (CBBTD) is requesting competitive negotiable proposals for actuarial services for Other Post-Employment Benefits with regards to the Retiree Health Plan of the CBBTD. Sealed proposals for Actuarial Services for OPEB Benefits (RFP #F-07-003) will be received by the CBBTD's Finance Division until Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. and will then be publicly opened and read in the office of Mr. Thomas R. Anderson III, Director of Finance, Administration Building, 32386 Lankford Highway, North Toll Plaza Area (Wise Point Area, Northampton County), Cape Charles, Virginia 23310. The proposed work consists of providing actuarial services related to the District's Retiree Health Plan and the corresponding Other Post Employment Benefits liability. The requested services shall comply with legal mandates and the District's reporting requirements under Governmental Accounting Standards Board Statement No. 43 and No. 45.
