The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel District (“District”) issues this request for proposals for a System Consultant to design, write specifications and develop a Request for Bid (RFB) for a new Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System for the District.  The Offeror shall work closely with staff in the development of the above said items.  The District is inviting proposals from individual SCADA System Consulting Firms or Corporations having nationwide and favorable reputation with skill and experience to perform and carry out duties requested by the District. A Mandatory Project showing will be Thursday, April 8, 2010.
